Hello, I'm Jessica. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and I care for adults across Florida through secure telehealth visits. I earned my MSN from Chamberlain University, where I also completed a master's in nursing informatics, and I trained in a private outpatient clinic. I'm a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.

Honestly, it brings me joy to help people feel better. Getting to be part of someone's journey is what I care about most in this work.

"I don't see the person as a diagnosis I'm treating."

My care is patient-centered and evidence-based. I want to understand what your life actually looks like, what's worked before, and what you'd like to be different. Then we build the treatment plan together. It's your plan as much as mine, and you always have a say in what we try, what we adjust, and what we leave alone.

I started this practice for the flexibility it gives me, more time for my family and for myself. Having my own practice also means I get to structure care the way I believe it should work: telehealth from wherever you are, some evening appointments, and a schedule that bends around real life. That flexibility matters as much for my patients as it does for me.

My practice is medication management. I don't provide talk therapy, but I'll gladly coordinate with your therapist or help you find one. I do prescribe controlled substances when they're clinically appropriate. I see adults 18 and older, including older adults 65+.

What I believe

Care built on three commitments.

Compassionate, evidence-based, individualized psychiatric care that honors each person's experiences, values, and goals. I offer it with respect and empathy, without judgment. Healing is a collaborative process.

You're a person, not a diagnosis

I want to know what your life actually looks like, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. The diagnosis is a tool. It isn't the point.

Evidence-based, explained plainly

I'll tell you what the research supports, what the trade-offs are, and why I'm suggesting something. Any decision we make should be one you actually understand.

Healing is collaborative

We build your plan together, and you have a say in all of it: what we try, what we adjust, what we leave alone. Respect and empathy, without judgment.
